BEWARE!
Papier do not recognise the consumer rights contained in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This entitles consumers to a refund if an item purchased on line is returned within 14 days provided it is not personalised. I have been refused a refund for a diary WHICH HAS NO PERSONALISATION and have only received patronising emails confirming the refusal to refund. Won't be buying from Papier again.
