I ordered one of the small photo books for a keep sake hen gift, however it never arrived. I have since contact customer services who have said they will arrange for a new one to be sent and I sent don’t have the book or a dispatch email. The book in question was originally ordered on 24th November!
I have always brought my diaries/party accessories from you but I have never experienced this before.
I would like to gift the bride for the wedding instead but I’m now worried it won’t arrive in time
