Products are great. But that’s if you can receive them. They’ve unfortunately picked the absolute worst courier company in Australia called “Couriers Please”. If you’ve had the unfortunate experience of having someone delivered (if at all) by this company, then you’ll know what I’m talking about. I ordered 2 weeks ago, Couriers Please said they delivered it, no photo evidence, no description where they left it, nothing. You cannot call them, instead fill out a form on their website and wait for a call back. It’s been 5 days and no one has contacted me. I told Papier and they asked me if “have I checked the delivery location?” — sorry, are you serious? Why would I report it as missing if I hadn’t. Amazing. I’m still waiting for a re-order. Couriers Please will not contact you, if it’s lost, you simply have to hope Papier will reorder for you. Papier, out of respect for your customers, choose a better courier
