I ordered a diary as a Christmas gift on the 6th December, with an estimated delivery date of 16th. Still not been dispatched…
I emailed and they’re refunding me postage but I still don’t have a delivery date and have to buy another gift because who knows when it’ll arrive!! Disappointed & out of pocket, my friend however will be over the moon with two gifts 🎁
