After ordering stationery for a few Christmas gifts, it clearly stated on the website that it would arrive in time for Christmas. I received an email on 12/18 saying it had been shipped and would be delivered on 12/24...then 12/25...then 12/26. It has still not been delivered and the date has now changed from 12/24 to 1/2/25. After contacting customer support I was met with a rude agent that said it was always going to arrive 1/2/25, no type of resolution just shifting the blame onto the customer. Will never order from this company again, very disappointing experience.
