Although the products and idea seem nice generally unfortunately every step of my order from the company so far has been frought with difficulty and disappointment.
As I'm not an IT expert I could have done with a bit more assistance with the ordering process as I wanted the product to be perfect for my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately as I was doing this during unsocial hours the only way I could get advice was by awaiting response to my email. I was not actually able to speak to a person, not even the next day and I felt under pressure to get the order done due to multiple reassurances that the product would arrive on a particular date in time for Christmas.
It did not in fact arrive on that promised date and the delivery process was chaotic, misleading and confusing and inconvenienced me greatly however the response I got when attempting to unravel the process was dismissive at best.
When the product arrived my daughter noticed that the pages were wavy rather than lying flat in the book and although the customer service advisor was initially helpful I have now sent two further emails with zero response. Frustratingly I have only received generic emails such as this.
I am left feeling that the company just want my money and once they have it any notion of care or customer service goes out the window.
