I ordered 100 holiday cards to send to my clients. I received the cards with poor color/print quality around the perimeter of every one. I contacted customer service. The options were to send a new batch of cards or refund me 20%. How does a paper company send me a poor quality paper item? I was Very disappointed with the quality and the 20% refund to remedy their problem. I was Not going to wait for another batch to ship to potentially have the same problem. How will you prevent this from happening in the future?
