I ordered a photobook of my wedding photos. These were high resolution images shot by a professional photographer. The product I received was pretty poor quality. Images were blurry and pixelated. I was told my images were low resolution and has caused the issue which was not true. To give credit where it is due the two customer service agents I dealt with were both very helpful and I received a full refund very quickly.
I had been very excited to receive my product but was left very disappointed. I can't recommend Papier at all.
