I used papier to create some photobooks from my wedding. I liked the user interface when preparing the photobooks, it was easy to put together especially in comparison to other companies' websites. The layouts and designs of the photobooks were slick and tasetful. However, I found the printing to fall short - there were printing speckles on some of the photobooks and the print quality should have been much better for the price. This is something I brought to customer service, and they were professional and quick in their response which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience but room for improvement for the end product.
