It is hard to review a product that I do not have and so let me begin by saying, I did receive an order on time, but it wasn't mine. The email response time to fix the error was quick, but the reorder has been sent economy (re-order 4/28...to receive the correct order eta 5/9). If the mistake were on my end, I think I would've shipped 2nd day to try and retain a customer. The quality of the other person's order was nice, but ultimately not life-changing paper feel/quality. I believe they're trying for a luxury customer, but given the initial error and the lack of urgency to make it right, I can't say I would be compelled to order again.
