I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Papier. I’ve had issues with a return order not once, but twice, and each time the process was completely mishandled.
For a brand that prides itself on quality and service, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a refund and a correct replacement copy.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
