Just to be clear, the only assistance I received was a 15% refund on a $100 purchase for two books that I can’t even use. As other reviews have mentioned, and as I’ve already said, the paper quality is extremely poor and the ink bleeds through the pages.
This is unacceptable for this price range, and I’m not satisfied with the customer service’s response, which was simply that the quality may vary depending on their supply.
