The company told me I could simply recycle the incorrect cards I received, which felt careless given the error. While the representatives I spoke with were polite, the service itself was unreliable. If you are ordering from Papier for a time-sensitive or meaningful occasion, be aware that they may not deliver when promised, even after acknowledging a mistake. I would not order from them again.
