I ordered trucks using Parade and received the wrong ones through a website mixup. I very promptly received help from Max who was awesome with helping me get a return label and starting the refund process. I would definitely order from Parade again in the future and the customer support was awesome, I was just disappointed with receiving the wrong trucks.
