First of all I am overall very satisfied and à big fan of what you guys do.
Neverthleless, two things that might help you (since you ask) :
- I was pretty disapointed to find my Quasi board with a scratch on it. From a blade I présume. I would definitely have returned the deck if it was a skateshop in my town.
- 2nd : I had to pay 69€ of custom which I Didn't know about. Maybe customers should be warned about that.
