I was sent a shirt with a very large stain on it. Customer service has been helpful but the inconvenience of having to return the shirt is the reason for the low rating. However, y’all have always been solid. I just don’t drive, nor do I have access to a printer so returning the shirt will not be an easy task. I was offered 10% return if I decided to keep it, which would add up to $3.60, so also not really convenient.
