The shoes were delivered promptly but the Courier, Hermes, let the company down. The parcel was left at the end of our drive, thrown over the gate, quite a way from the front door. It was only by luck that I saw the Driver do this otherwise the parcel could have stayed there, in view of the Lane, overnight. There was no notification of when the delivery was to be made so that I could have opened the gate and looked for the parcel.
