Ordered a size small but was sent a medium.
Emailed customer services to find out the best way to switch to the correct item. Heard nothing back so just reordered the correct item and returned the one that was sent incorrectly.
I’ve been refunded for the original order, but only the cost of the item and not the postage. I’ve still received no correspondence and have paid 3x postage for an item.
