I think the website and the services were and are great, it's just the quality of the actual item I am disappointed in. I feel like the website should have said that the item I was purchasing was simply put on a fruit of the loom garment or something similar. I paid £60 for someone to stitch on a £10 hoodie, but again not Parade's fault.
