Thank you so much for the excellent service, I use many shoe vendors not unlike yours. But only a few, yours now included have provided continuing above satisfactory service. One of your competitors is currently giving me a headache. While I understand that the current dynamic has caused considrable mayhem to many businesses, I can excuse many things, but your competitor, is unable to simply answer my question of when my shoes will arrive, even after five requests for the simple answer. Each response is a "bot" type answer of "We're challenged, we'll try to answer as soon as possible..." The shoes were originally for my Dad for Father's Day, and while I understand that I ordered them late, but as of today of 7/5 I still don't have any other answer than, "It could be up to five days for a response.." You had no problem in shipping my order, up to getting it delivered in less than five days! Thank you very much as it was a Birthday present from my brother, who told me to find something I wanted. I will continue to look and purchase from Parade going into the future. Thanks again for the great service! P.S.
