The items are cool to touch but failed to "reduce perspiration" as claimed. The pillow is very tight in the pillow case and is consequently too high and uncomfortable, perhaps a larger pillowcase would resolve that.
Unfortunately my sleep has not been improved despite the investment in this new set of bedding.
