“Absolutely delighted with my bamboo bed linen - have been researching for a while and more than satisfied I have made the right choice. Sending free samples is a huge benefit as well as quick delivery. Having been a widow for a couple of years I have converted King Size bed into a luxury and easy to care for single with a separately purchased single mattress topper and your beautiful and comfortable products. The bonus of the free towel pack inclusion offer was an absolute joy and I am truly hooked now. Thank you so much for such excellent customer service and fantastic presentation when opening the box. The detail in the lovely bags is very special - well done YOU and I wish you continued success with your business and can assure you I will be promoting for you at every opportunity. THANK YOU”

“Dark color pillowcase showed a stain after the first night's use from my head. Paragon said to wash it b4 use, but we had. They didn't want to to help. Our sheet is ok. Don't buy dark colors, white seems fine. As they are expensive I woukd not recommend.”

“We bought the “summer weight” duvet for our son as his 10 tog duvet was too hot for warmer nights. Being bamboo (like his other duvet), we thought this would be perfect. How wrong we were! It’s definitely not a summer weight and it’s far more than the 3-5 tog it’s claimed to be. He was absolutely drenched in sweat within a few hours of being in bed every night. He had previously had a 4 tog polyester duvet (arguably less breathable) and never once had this problem. So I tried the duvet myself and it was so unbelievably hot! A complete waste of money - and these things aren’t cheap. No response from the company when we contacted them. It’s a shame as bamboo duvets aren’t that readily available, but we won’t be buying from this company again.”

“Ordered flat sheet and pillowcases as a second purchase so that I didn't have to be without my bamboo sheets whilst the first set was in the wash (I usually wash and dry them and put back on the same day, but with the very wet weather I didn't want to use the tumble dryer as it's so expensive to use) so I am very happy with my purchase.”

“If I'm being honest.ive never slept on better. I've had silk linen cotton. But this is something else entirely. Wow .so good I bought another set .I even bought there douvet.so soft .super luxurious.with little ties inside to keep it from sliding around . I bought the towels too .I'm hooked .”

“I bought the set of towels few years ago and was extremely pleased with the quality, look and feel. I have now got back to by another set as a gift. such a treat. The communications with the support team were also excellent and they resolved the raised issues rapidly.”
