“I find the fabric is lovely. I do have another set of bamboo bedding from another source. The actual products are poorly made in my view. Would not buy again.”

“I did not contact the brand. What I did not like is that products smell of chemicals - more than the cheap supermarket stuff. This raises an eyebrow on how genuine the claims are.”

“Sheets are beautiful quality, but hugely oversized. King size is 15cm too big across the top- I can’t bear saggy duvet covers!”

“I bought the bedding set, which is very soft and not as sweaty. Unfortunately the softness means that it has no reaction on the duvet underneath creating an unpleasant billowing and bunching as you move during the night. It tangles too easily and I would not purchase again”

“Been using bamboo sheets for years and whilst there are some things I love about these (zippered duvet and colour selection). Man they look awful after 6 months :( I wash on cool and by itself and I always line dry bedding, and they are pilling, have holes, just not what I expected. One of the reasons I love bamboo bedding is the sensory experience and with the pilling that's pretty much ruined it for me,”

“Eczema sufferer here, bought the 8 piece bed set, winter quilt. So upset at the fact the quilt is too heavy for me, the bedding slips all over the place in the night, i have trouble heaving the quilt back up the bed when half asleep as its that heavy for me. The pillows are fab though. Only had it a week and now stuck with this quilt as cannot send it back as obviously been used. Really wished i had ordered a summer one instead. Not really happy to be honest 😒”

“I like this company - like the ethos of bamboo towels, the delivery was super quick, well packaged, quality product. Thin but very soft. However, the towels don’t really dry well, especially the hand towel. It always seems damp and moist, which is gross. Even the larger bath towels only dry properly when spread out (not folded in half on a towel rail), making them rather impractical.”

“Arrive quickly, The sheets are nice and soft. But I’ve only had them on my bed 5 nights and the bottom sheet has started to bobble. I’m a small person who sleeps alone so there’s been no undue stress on this bedding. So in all, I’m not sure how long they will be soft and comfortable to sleep on. Disappointed as I have got other cheaper bamboo sheets from a shopping channel that are at least 3 years old, and they haven’t bobbled at all.”

“I have to say I absolutely love my dressing gown, soft and absorbent… just what I wanted. Love the colour too. But, the material kegs so easily, really disappointing. There are pulls all over it, I don’t even remember catching it ! Has anyone else reported this fault? I tried but no response.....”
