I purchased a taupe set of duvet cover pillowcases and fitted sheet. The quality is delightful it feels amazing and on that front I’m really pleased. However the colours of the flat sheet and the pillowcases are different to the duvet cover in that they have a pink Hue to them whereas the duvet cover is what I would describe as a true taupe. I contacted the company in the hope that they would exchange pillowcases and sheet to match the duvet cover but I got a short reply saying that they are a vegetable dye and that due to this there is a slight variation in colour and shade, however it would have been helpful if when they select the items for you they select them from the same batch . I was disappointed that they didn’t offer a solution or be more helpful, so will not order from paragon again sadly.

Sorry to report noticed no difference in temperature or comfort. The fitted bottom sheet is too big and slips and crumples but is lovely and silky and a nice colour. Regards Lily Passey

Hi Trina, firstly thank you for buying from Paragon Bamboo. We do send all orders received before 2pm weekdays out the same day, but, as I am sure you are aware, some delivery companies are having staff problems due to the current Covid-19 situation resulting in some deliveries being delayed. Your order was placed on June 1st and sent out the same day by us. Having checked with ParcelForce it seems that the problem was a delay within their system and you were informed via SMS text on 3rd June that there was a delay.
