“the bamboo is lovely but my mattress is not very deep so sheets dont fit at all....shame no option for a thinner mattress as these sheets are so deep”

“I was asked to leave a review when we have only just received the sheets and have not had time to see how they wash or wear. The packaging said if out leave with neighbour - something I did not and would not request. Left on doorstep anyway, no attempt to see of we were in.”

“At first we thought this Summer weight duvet was great. It was so heavy, it sort of hugged you. But then we discovered how difficult it is to drag it up over you, or to turn over in bed. By morning it is always on the floor. But the worst thing is that we wake up drenched with sweat at 5am in a cool room of 19 degrees. We are SO sorry we bought 2 of these and it is now a few days past the 30 day return.”

The card left by our driver will give the details of the Post Office. This card and a form of ID should be taken when collecting the parcel. “Arrived fast, however the produce did not meet the standard described. The sheet does not fit my double bed and the elastic will not hold it in place. As a result I have had several uncomfortable and sweaty nights sleep. After trying to reach out to customer support, they have no offered a solution. The pillow and duvet cases are fine. Not tried my towels as I am trying to get everything refunded.”

“Watch out for the 6 month guarantee. Our bedding came apart after 7 month and they weren’t interested. Bamboo material is very soft and comfortable but it has no shape. It is very absorbent but takes forever to dry. Buyers beware”

“Bought a duvet and towel from this site. Both are of terrible quality. The filler climbs out of the duvet even through the duvet cover. By itself, the blanket creaks, the sound is like walking on snow. It's annoying. Later came the towels, terrible quality. From all four towels of different colors, the pile comes out. After washing, nothing has changed, it only got worse. I have been using bamboo towels bought from another country for 10 years now and have never seen anything like it. The store refuses to return the money. I do not recommend anything from this store.”

Hi Sergei We are sorry to hear this, i have checked and your review is not entirely true. As we can see from the email trail you were offered the chance to return the towels to be checked and a refund would then be issued. As is standard practice with all retail companies the defected items have to be returned and checked before a refund is given which you were not prepared to do. Best regards Paragon

“I bought this set as I have bad ezcema. It made it worse and the fibres make for an uncomfortable sleep. Don't buy it you have chronic skin condition will make it worse”

Hi Melissa I am very sorry to hear this, we have not heard of this happening before with our sheets. We have sold hundreds and have even been praised in a magazine to help suffers with eczema, I have attached some reviews from reviews.io from people with eczema so I am not sure why this has happened to you. The temperature regulating aspect of these sheets, though, breaks that circle and I’m sleeping better than I have for years. “I bought a king size fitted sheet and after one wash (as per the instructions) it shrunk. I contacted Nick who was slow to respond and he said that their sheets don't shrink, I had to keep chasing him, but he eventually asked me to return it so he could check it. Eventually he came back to me to say "I cannot explain why the sheet no longer fits as it did the first time you tried it on, apart from the fact that there has possibly been a slight shrinkage when washed" despite this admission he has refused to refund me. I have photo's of before and after which I sent to him clearly showing the shrinkage. The products are poor quality as is the customer service.”
