Very poor quality. Washed and ironed but very creased when put on bed plus it felt itchy on the skin. A complete waste of money.

Dreadful quality. Looked like a rag after washing. I ironed the bedding and folded and when I put it on the bed it was full of creases. I bought this bedding as I have sensitive skin but it irritated my skin. A complete waste of money.

It would be helpful if you let us know what temperature you washed the bedding at and whether you took it out of the washing machine shortly after it finished the last cycle We have never known the linen to irritate any customers skin, what detergent did you use?

Ordered a duvet as a gift on 1st January 2020. Six months down the line and I still have no idea where the item is. £240 wasted. Avoid!

Many apologies, the order that was placed in February has been mislaid in the customs confusion following Brexit. We have now arranged for a replacement to be sent by Fedex/TNT tomorrow.

Really terrible customer service, and unfortunately after using the sheets for a few weeks they have bobbled terribly. Really not worth the money and not a great company to deal with.

My rating is both in terms of the product and the customer service received (or not received) from the Company. After buying some coloured linen within 3 days we noticed staining on the pillows - we've never had this before in over 30 years of buying linen. We washed the cases in line with the instructions and the stains remained. We attempted to contact the Company and it took 4 tries by email and 2 calls to get the Sales & Marketing Manager to speak with us and when he did he was extremely rude and abrupt. We were told we should be washing the linens at a higher temperature and using stain remover - if we had known we had to use a stain remover every time we washed them we of course would not have bought the items. And washing them at a higher temperature we felt may shrink them as they are already quite small. We tried to resolve this issue multiple times with the Company, and not to have to leave a review such as this, however they have made things very difficult. Not sure if the product is faulty, but the customer service certainly is. We are now attempting to ask for our money back as we are unhappy with the item but they will not respond. I could not recommend anyone use this Company or their products.

Having just had staff recover from Covid-19, which caused the temporary closure of the warehouse, we are working hard to ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible and that all emails are answered in a timely fashion. Therefore I apologise for the delay in responding to you, however I do not think the responses were rude or abrupt. I am afraid that we cannot accept any responsibility for staining.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I bought two duvet covers after reading how bamboo is great for hot sleepers. Well it isn’t! I gave one to my parents and kept one to use on my own bed. My partner is a cold sleeper but even he found the cover hot and sweaty. It feels more like polyester than anything else, it’s absolutely horrible. I read a review on Paragon’s own website that said it felt like having a plastic bag on your duvet and I couldn’t agree more. Yes the fabric is soft and initially cool to touch but once you’ve laid there for a bit you realise there is no breathability at all and it feels like being wrapped in cling film. It’s unbearable. I have contacted Paragon on multiple occasions about this and they’ve not replied once. I am so embarrassed that I gave such a dreadful gift to my parents - they detest the cover as much as I do but seeing as the company hasn’t bothered to reply to my emails I can’t afford to buy them a different cover. Awful product and awful service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a duvet cover. It is definitely not moisture-wicking and the most uncomfortable cover we had. Both me and my partner found it sweaty, stuffy and simply unusable. A complete waste of money (we have a Simba duvet and slept without a cover before, we had no issues until we put on Paragon Bamboo cover). Upon seeking help with customer service, my problem was not even directly addressed, I received no advice and only been told that I can't return or get a refund due to their terms and conditions. After explaining again that the duvet did not deliver their promises of "moisture-wicking" and "ultimate sleep comfort", I have been told (I cite): "there is no nothing faulty with the duvet" so apparently the non-breathability is not a fault but a property of the duvet cover. I was shocked by the way this has been handled. They undermined my problem completely, only repeating "no returns/refunds" in reply to every e-mail! No real support! I was so excited to discover this company, but now I am left with an unusable product and feel cheated.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Paragon. I was so excited to receive my order of bedding as my friend had them however, the colour that arrived was not as described and shown on the website (will attach photos if possible). When requesting a full refund they said I was ‘incorrect’ and the order was ‘exactly as described’ and they deducted the postage charge. I see they’ve responded to say I could have changed my item for a different colour, however this was never proposed as an option when I spoke to Simon on the phone several times.

We sent exactly what you ordered, a bed set in Teal. If you had not been happy with the colour we would gladly have changed it for you as long as the package had not been opened.

Unfortunately you received the wrong pillowcases and I apologise for this. Inevitably mistakes can happen when sending a large amount of orders out every day. We tried many times to contact you on the mobile number you provided but there was no answer and no facility to leave a voice mail. You did call us again and agreed to return the items and we would send the replacements immediately. I am disappointed you felt it necessary to leave negative feedback when we were unable to contact you due to you not answering the calls or having a voice mail facility.

Called before returning it - customer services clerk said that this was possible - returned it - then they said that because it had been opened they could not accept it. So, due to them changing their mind, wasted money on the postage. Also, how can you tell if the product is what you wanted without first looking at it. Poor customer service. Unnatural feeling product.

We are sorry that you did not like the feel of the natural bamboo fabric. It does state on the web site that bamboo bedding has a luxurious and silky feel. We did inform you when you called that if the product had been unwrapped, we could not accept a return. You were advised to put your hand inside the packaging to feel it to see if it was what you expected. When the package was returned the goods had clearly been removed from the original packaging and unwrapped. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept bedding that has been removed from the packaging. All of this is explained clearly in our Returns Policy on our web site.
