Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Paragon.
I was so excited to receive my order of bedding as my friend had them however, the colour that arrived was not as described and shown on the website (will attach photos if possible). When requesting a full refund they said I was ‘incorrect’ and the order was ‘exactly as described’ and they deducted the postage charge.
I see they’ve responded to say I could have changed my item for a different colour, however this was never proposed as an option when I spoke to Simon on the phone several times.
