“If you want a totally bamboo dressing gown these are perfect as others usually contain cotton. I bought a full price one but had to send it back as lots of pulled threads. Watch your jewelry. I then bought a greatly reduced one and it had very few pulled threads. They are very heavy which offsets the cooling affect. I can only wear it for a short time. It is great for putting on after a bath. The sizing is a bit hit and miss. I found the small a little too small so bought a medium which turned out to be 4 inches narrower and over an inch shorter, making it no use to me. The company agreed for me to return it but would not pay the postage, although it was their fault. I have bought a few other items but this as put me off buying again. Accurate sizing on anything is very important.”

“Although the softness and quality of the super king fitted sheet is beautiful it is too large and although we have a deep tempur mattrice it was not tight to fit and after one night was lose and baggy causing creases under us. Such a shame ! The tightness of the sheet is paramount to us.”

“Not for me... I did plenty of research before buying my duvet from here - splashed out on the highest GSM/Tog as I like a snuggly duvet and get cold easily. Big mistake. Whilst the product seems well made, and delivery was swift, the actual experience when sleeping with it is not nice at all. It creaks and crunches, and feels lumpy and the heaviness often means that it'll fall off the bed. It slides around inside the cotton sheets (I'm sure it would probably work nicer in bamboo sheets, but it's not feasible or a sustainable option to change to those just for the duvet) All in all I don't find it to be a premium sleeping experience at all and I regret my purchase. My partner owns another all known bamboo duvet brand and it's night and day more pleasant to sleep in. Beware that if you are buying anything from here that it can't be refunded. So now I have an expensive duvet that I don't enjoy sleeping with that I can't return - meaning I now have to buy another one to replace it. Suddenly not that sustainable. Check that you actually want a 100% bamboo duvet because if this is the experience you get from all of them, I would think again.”

“I am a clearpay customer, and I decided to buy bamboo and cotton mix towels at Paragon Bamboo Ltd. I choose three of them. A duck egg, a heather and a teal coloured one. It was saying I can have 10% off if I am a new customer. I tried to use the code. There was no way, that I can pay with using it. When I stopped to use it, I could easily pay. Absolute disappointment. The next one came along, when the parcel have arrived. It was a fast delivery indeed. ...but. The lovely colours were nowhere. I had three towels, which had only that much colour you could differ them from white. If I would known before, I would not order.”

“Nice dressing gown and a nice colour, I'm pleased to have the option of a natural fibre product. Only downsides are it's a bit heavy and the hook hanging loop snapped after a couple of days (probably because it's heavy!)”

“Would definitely recommend getting a fabric sample first to avoid disappointment. I didn't, and both texture (way too silky-fitted sheet wrinkles too easily) and colour (heather is not pink like the illustration of bedding on the website) are not to my taste at all.”

“I was pleased to find the site. Our bed is an emperor so finding bed linen is tricky. I like the colours and wanted to start off with two sets. The material is lovely and soft. What is disappointing is that the pillow cases aren’t big enough for our pillows, which are king size. It seems odd that you don’t have king size pillow cases to match the emperor six bedlinen. That’s disappointing and means that if I continue to buy from you I’ll need to buy pillow cases from elsewhere which won’t help as they won’t match!”

Marcia I am sorry that you have found the pillowcases do not fit your pillows. Our web site does clearly show the size, 75x50cm which is the standard pillow and pillowcase size in the UK. We have other customers that have purchased the flat sheets and had pillowcases made to their own measurements.

“Service was excellent and products delivered swiftly and well packed. Sheets and duvet cover have a lovely feel and not as slippy as silk. I found the towels disappointing however. Again they are beautifully soft and I gave them a wash before using them. They remained very soft to the touch but the downside is - they don't absorb water at all well so it's a devil to dry yourself! The water seems to sit on the top of the towel instead of being absorbed into it as with cotton towels. I don't know if a combination of cotton and bamboo would be better because I ordered 100% bamboo. I certainly wouldn't buy these again which is a pity as I was looking forward to using them.”

“Material is lovely - very soft, even after washing. Would have been more stars if the quality of construction of the pillowcases had been better. Quite shoddy and they twist when washed so it’s difficult to iron them neatly. Not at all pleased with those. Disappointing because the set wasn’t cheap. Wouldn’t repeat buying the set although the fitted sheet and duvet cover were ok.”

“It’s a good quality product but it has a couple of faults One problem my husband gets hot and so sweat stains appear also always looks creased on the bed after sleeping in it”

“The service is very good however I was a little disappointed to be told my order was being processed to then be told it was out of stock. The refund came very quickly which was good. Perhaps you could add an option to your website to be notified when something comes back in stock?”

“Products are very good but when I emailed for a price of a particular item I was told I could find the price on the website. WELL IF I HAD FOUND THE PRICE I WOULDN'T BE EMAILING! Not the best customer service. You could easily have told me the price. I spent £496.00. I expected to be treated with respect.”

“Excellent delivery . I purchased the King size 100% bamboo duvet after purchasing other bedding which I loved. Unfortunately I don't like the duvet, its heavy and feels a bit slimey! However as I had already unwrapped it, I couldn't return it, a very expensive mistake on my part. I removed it after one night and it won't be going back. I hadn't noticed the return restrictions until it was too late...”
