Service was excellent and products delivered swiftly and well packed. Sheets and duvet cover have a lovely feel and not as slippy as silk. I found the towels disappointing however. Again they are beautifully soft and I gave them a wash before using them. They remained very soft to the touch but the downside is - they don't absorb water at all well so it's a devil to dry yourself! The water seems to sit on the top of the towel instead of being absorbed into it as with cotton towels. I don't know if a combination of cotton and bamboo would be better because I ordered 100% bamboo. I certainly wouldn't buy these again which is a pity as I was looking forward to using them.
