We find the 750gm duvet far too heavy and lumpy and so have purchased a 500gm which is so much better. A shame to have made this costly mistake but delighted with the lighter duvet.
The quality of the bed linen is beautiful - soft and very comfortable. Easy to launder and allows a comfortable adjustment to body temperatures.
Customer service is second to none. Queries have been addressed promptly, politely and resolved satisfactorily.
