I love the product - it's high quality, ethical, and will last a long long time. However, if I am being charged a courier fee (£12.00) for delivery, I do not expect it to take several days longer than the standard free 24 / 48 hr delivery I experience with almost all other products I order online. Usually, when I purchase items online I receive notification of an expected delivery - I didn't get that with Paragon. I had to chase 5 days after a placed my order. It took 7 from placing to receiving my order. Parcel Force, was on this occasion Parcel Farce.
