Fed up with kicking off my duvet and suffering from night sweats I decided to purchase both weights of single duvets. The heavier 7 tog is perfect for the winter months and I have honestly slept soundly for the first time in a very long time. I have yet to use the lighter duvet which was bought for the hotter months. My body temperature seems to remain a very comfortable constant all night, never too hot or too cold, just perfect. The duvet covers are beautiful and so was the fitted sheet. I couldn’t return to any other form of bedding after using Bamboo. A definite must have if you are a woman suffering symptoms of menopause and its affecting your sleep.
