Ordered bedding and towels from Paragon and was due to arrive the next day..it didn’t arrive so emailed and got a very speedy response - turns out the issue was with the delivery firm..presumably Paragon shouted at someone and it arrives today - exactly what I ordered and it looks and feels fantastic!
