I highly recommend the customer services of Paragon Bamboo. I was given a bath robe for Christmas but became dissatisfied with the threads that were being pulled during use. I contacted Paragon Bamboo, and they could not have been more helpful. They arranged the return and replacement, and recommended the waffle robe instead as the replacement. This is a super product and I am delighted with it - it is so soft and there have been no pulled threads. I would like to see a wider range of colours in future, but am really pleased with my navy waffle robe.
