Before purchasing the products I had a question which was swiftly answered to and there was a promo on which thy reminded me about. Order was then dispatched quickly. I had ordered sheets and towels - wow I could never go back to using cotton again!! Sheets were velvety and smooth and the towels were so soft - even my husband commented and urged me to order another set - which I did!! Thank you Paragon
