After a fair time looking for bedding that could help with my wife’s night flashes due to menopause we eventually came across Paragon 100% Bamboo bedding, as we where already looking at natural bedding this seemed a reasonable product to try, even though it is a fairly high cost, the first night was impressive the sweat really did dissipate, the bedding didn’t stick alleviating tangling of the Duvet and seemed to be cooler allowing for a little improvement of sleep. We washed at 20c used non bio washing powder and line dried, the bedding after 1st wash was is even softer. All in all we have found this a good quality product that meets our needs
