Im happy with my towels they are weaved and stitched very well. My Dressing gowns being sent back the quality is not up to standards in my opinion, i have taken pictures to prove my opinion. I Ordered a Kingsize bedding set, opened my bedding set only to realise its a single bedding set not a King! So obviously i am outraged at this, im told i cannot return it without a charge, fine everyone has rules. But to then insinuate it was me who made the mistake.. I found that rude and unprofessional, i selected Kingsize. I did not get Kingsize? So since i am a busy man and now being charged to return an item thats incorrect, i decided to package it up and ready it to be sent off. Not knowing how long this is going to take to sort out some Bedding, not a country,some bedding.. I decided to Buy my bedding elsewhere, i found a site called Panda and they are by far superior to your site so i bought my kingsize bedding there instead, they offer free returns 30 night trials, i had a good experience with Panda, so other than the items i actually want. The others items, Once returned, i would like refunded ASAP and wont be looking at Paragon again, yes quality is good but customer service is Not. And i am not interested in what went wrong, all i know is my Mrs is not well and the new bedding was for her. So her face when i walked out telling her its a single.... Extremely frustrating. So please awaite my parcel to arrive. Not happy.
