With the bedding it has always been of a good quality, but the towels are absolute rubbish, more of the pile comes detached with every wash. As the photograph shows.
Resume. The towel situation has been resolved, it appears that two rogue towels seem to have got into the batch and perfectly good replacements have been dispatched,
