Great customer service and communication when items ordered were out of stock. I love the Bamboo products, I have 4 sets of towels, a duvet, bottom sheet and pillows! I wasn't sure about the towels or duvet at first, because they felt so thin. However, I now prefer them! The towels dry really well and are lovely and soft on the skin. The duvet tucks itself around the body and feels pleasantly weighty in comparison to my previous duvets. My pillows always go flat, I have tried and somehow trashed so many in the past. These have stayed lofty, soft and comfortable. My wish would be for some lovely botanical printed duvet sets to be added to the range in the future please!
