I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas, when it arrived I realised that I had wrongly ordered the image of her dog to be placed in the centre. I actually wanted it on the side. With only days until Christmas I called and talked to Sophia who reassured me she would do her best to get it to me on time and so I ordered again.
The next morning I had a message to tell me it was in the post.
I received the hoodie the following day.
It was just want I wanted. The image was perfect.
