Paragon Bamboo customer services were very efficient and able to answer my questions before I placed an order, which arrived very quickly. I sleep hot but the 500gsm duvet is a revelation! It is cozy and snuggly without being too hot - a combination I have never come across before. The duvet also drapes beautifully. The fitted double sheets are very good quality and silky smooth, though a little large for my 28cm deep mattress - perhaps they will shrink in the wash. However, they are elasticated all round, so I'm hoping they won't move. I will try the bamboo filled pillow tonight. First impressions are that it is very well made and extremely plump, so much so that I struggled to get it inside my pillow protector and pillow case. I think that I may find it too plump for my liking. Perhaps a zip in the cover would help so you can adjust the quantity of filling to your personal preference. All in all I am very impressed with the quality of the products and the service and recommend Paragon Bamboo. I am hoping that they will start producing a lighter approx 250gsm duvet for the hotter summer nights.
