Contact was very prompt and delivery on time. Although I have not yet used the duvet set, the material feels lovely and soft and the duck egg blue colour is beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for their bamboo bedding, and even better it comes in a bamboo material package with no plastic! Many thanks
