But no – they’ve kept me waiting for over a MONTH with absolutely no resolution! Every single time I reached out, I got the same useless excuses and empty promises. How is this acceptable? Do they even care about their customers or the items they’re supposed to deliver? It’s like they’ve just taken my money and vanished.
