Do not send your parcel with this company , I sent a package worth £30 got charge a week later 1100 for surcharge , had to then send images of parcel , which clearly nobody has once they send there parcel, they were saying it weight 80kg instead of 7kg it was a total scam tbh , there is no such thing . My bank fought my case too nearly 6 month before I got my money back from my bank . They just kept asking for evidence and even after that they didn’t pay it back!!!!!! Beware scam
