This company is to be avoided at all costs - I am amazed that they have not been prosecuted for fraud.
I entered the correct dimentions and weight of my parcel on their website and booked the courier. Then I was chared three times as much when they incorrectly claimed my parcel weighed 40kg not 22kg.
