“Terrible! The item arrived broken into bits, I took out expensive insurance, but they refuse to pay. Now taking money off my card without permission, saying not the correct dimensions, it was 100% the correct dimensions. I am a small company, and we check all weight/dimensions perfectly. Scam!”

“Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars. Firstly VAT is hidden until checkout. I booked next day delivery and received confirmation details. Following day no collection. Next day, after contacting Fed ex myself I was told no collection details had been forwarded. My package was finally collected three days later. Frustrated client. No offer of money back for a next day service which was collected and delivered in five! Shocking service. I will not be using again.”
“I posted a parcel in February and more than 2 months after delivery Parcelcompare deducted £20 from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. They state that this is because it was a "remote delivery". The delivery address was provided at the point of booking the courier when the quote was provided.
I am alarmed at this practice and will never use parcelcompare again.”
“Five months after I used this company they have just taken two unauthorised payments from my bank account, totalling £126. After taking the payments they emailed me two invoices as attachments. I will not be opening these for the obvious security reasons. Luckily my bank was able to immediately reverse the payments and cancel my card. I would advise anybody to avoid this company.”
“They messed up customs forms and checked the wrong box even though l had given correct information on their order form ..as a result french customs charged me 15 euros for a second hand jacket that was being returned to me... Their admin department had labelled it as a ' new purchase'....utter morons ...and they won't make me a refund even though it was their mistake ..

“Unauthorised Payments & Ignored Complaint – Ongoing for 2+ Weeks
On May 1st I submitted an appeal with full evidence showing my parcels were under the surcharge limit. I refused authorisation for payment while my appeal was active.
Despite this, ParcelCompare charged me £77.51 on May 8 and a £8.14 late fee on May 9 — all without my consent and before my appeal was resolved.
I raised a formal complaint (Case 4953608) and sent multiple emails, but was met with four identical copy-paste responses from “Mark Taylor” that completely ignored the complaint and the unauthorised charges.
I've now reported them to Trading Standards, started a chargeback process, and I’m warning others — if there's a problem, you will be ignored.”

Carrier did not turn up to collect, so i asked for my money back and they keep saying that the driver from FEDEX came and was told the parcel was not ready.
This is an absolutely not the case , the parcel was ready and no one came to collect i waited until 6pm

I reported a lost parcel and they refused to refund me the minimum insurance value as I had not reported the loss within 30 days of the collection date.
The parcel was still in transit / custom clearing in those 30 days so how would I know it was lost.
Absolutely poor customer service.”
“Terrible experience. Charged for a collection where the collection never happened! I waited in all day for the collection, despite my tracking still saying a week and a half later it would be collected on that date. Parcel compare then try and charge me more to cancel or re book the collection. Told I could not be refunded as the carrier 'attempted' collection, which did not happen at all. No attempt at all was made to knock on the door, ring the bell or a card left. No attempt to contact me in the slightest.
I have requested a complaint or escalation contact number or email multiple times and have been ignored. I have also requested a refund for the service that was not provided multiple times. Do not use, do not part with your money.”
“It was the first time I used ParcelCompare service and my item received damaged and never received any sort of support or compensation hence I will stop using the service and definitely leave them a negative feedback where and when I can”
“They took 2 weeks to collect my parcel, then subsequently lost it, then told me that's the end of the matter. It was a returns item which I lost the value of. They claim it's in their T&Cs that they can lose parcels without consequence, unless you pay them £4.50 to not lose it.
You won't be entitled to Evri/other standard protection if you go through them. Book direct and DO NOT USE.”
“Be careful if shipping abroad. My shipment from Italy to the UK was held up in Italian customs as the paperwork provided by ParcelCompare wasn't adequate. A valid VAT number enabled for export as an EORI code were not provided. ParcelCompare said that I need to provide this number of which I cannot as I am an individual not a registered company. After that, excuses were used such as they can't control what customs do even though I told them exactly what customs required. In the end I had to collect the parcel from the airport. Customer services were responsive (hence the 2 star review) though no refund was given even after I made the request.”

“I don't suggest anyone to use this web site. I paid 70 pound for a shipment of just 2 kg in one day and I received my box after 5 days. In addition, I tried to contact them and call them but I didn't get any answer. I don't recommend it.”
