"Absolute Garbage\r\nThe worst company I have ever had the horror of doing a transaction with.\r\n\r\nI paid \u00a3200 for a parcel to be delivered to St Lucia with express delivery.\r\nThe Courier didn\u2019t arrive on the day arranged and I was guaranteed that the courier would arrive the following day and they still didn\u2019t know. No one hot back to me regarding compensation for the fact that the parcel would inevitably arrive late, although I paid for next day delivery.\r\n\r\nAlthough the collection was booked for a bank holiday, I was guaranteed by parcel compare that the courier would arrive. However they did not\r\nI spoke to them via their live chat function, and their customer service representatives were the most unhelpful I have ever come across in the balance of my life. They told me there was no guaranteed date for collections.
