The worst experience of my life! Had depression and panic attack after using their service. Lost my suitcase with them and after showing my pictures it has been found they later told me that my lost parcel is a prohibited item hence they will refund me £15! How? Where? Thought my suitcase was found unless they stole it and tried to cover their evil act! Please do not use the service if you value your mental health and peace of mind. Regrets using their service! Worst courier service ever! This courier company needs to be reported cos they can’t be frustrating and fraudulent at the same time!
