when will my parcel to Australia be collected ?
I paid Parcelcompare £92.11 on Monday 13th November and attached the customs invoice to the parcel ready for collection and informed Parcelcompare to collect.
I still have not received collection. Each day I am informed by Parcelcompare that collection will be that day.
On 1/08/22, a package was collected from me for delivery to an address in Cumbria by Hermes . They have told me the package has been lost .I wish to claim for the lost package .I paid you £11.22 on 25/07/22 being for collection , delivery and insurance Regards Tony Adams
