Rubbish support service when it goes wrong you just go round in circles ?? Charged my credit card 4 weeks after for trying to collect my parcel from my customer ?? What are they doing!!! Won’t be using these again

Never use this company.
This is what they call insufficient packaging: wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed with polystyrene peanuts so much that I struggle to close the parcel. I don’t know why I can’t upload photos to show you how the parcel was made and delivered. Unprofessional customer service. Never again
