This is what they call insufficient packaging: wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed with polystyrene peanuts so much that I struggle to close the parcel. I don’t know why I can’t upload photos to show you how the parcel was made and delivered. Unprofessional customer service. Never again

Terrible, please do not use. Placed an order to send a parcel, issue with label and no tracking number provided. Cant contact anyone or raise a ticket because I don’t have a tracking number. Now I’m having to claim through my bank. Worst service I’ve ever experienced
